About the Event
Time Of Butterflies Mission: Time Of Butterflies creates a supportive community that provides a healing space for women of color.
Vision: We counter the experience of trauma with a sensitive and competent multidisciplinary response. Time Of Butterflies provides workshops and community events that help women heal via therapeutic services. We also focus on community building, and providing a space for women to come together. We do this because we believe that the best healing happens within a community. Our goal is to provide resources and workshops to help improve the quality of life of women affected by trauma.
This workshop will focus on mental health and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Sandra N. Crespo will be discussing ADHD and it's impact throughout life. She will provides education on ADHD to manage its challenges in education, work, relationships, and mental health. Most of the session will be devoted to a guided discussions, insights, and strategies to help gain knowledge about ADHD.

About Our Presenter: Sandra N. Crespo
Sandra N. Crespo is a dynamic force in the field of social work, blending her roles as a licensed clinical social worker, professor, and passionate advocate for diversity in leadership and professional wellness. Sandra currently serves as the Executive Director for Time of Butterflies. In addition to her impactful role at TOB, she serves as one of Transformations Care Network's esteemed Clinic Directors in the DMV Region, Sandra oversees a thriving multidisciplinary practice that pioneers the fusion of technology and clinical therapy, offering clients a comprehensive and inclusive approach to mental health and psychiatric treatment.
