"Have you ever walked into a space and it seemed like all of the oxygen in the room left as you walked in? Everyone is looking at you as if it were you that is the problem! Then you stand there just wishing that the Earth would open and swallow you whole. Everyday people of the global majority, formally the BIPOC community, face these interactions daily. We might show up in spaces and be the "only" or one of a " handful." In this workshop with Dr. Jai, prepare yourself for authentic discussion, engaging activities, and strategies that can help you navigate these spaces of the dominant culture while loving who you are!" - Dr Jai
