About the workshop:

The Currency of Cycle Breaking™ Workshop covers various topics that can be potentially triggering. These topics include sexual violence, domestic violence, warfare, drug abuse, incarceration, child abuse, and mental illness symptoms. These topics are included to discuss the effects of individual and generational trauma.

Discussion around these topics will be done with compassion and consideration for others.

Additionally, participants are encouraged to speak freely during a writing exercise and Q&A. Respect for others is a rule that is enforced at all times.

Attendees are encouraged to practice self-care and discernment. Any attendee is welcome to at any time leave the workshop, take a break, or mute their screens during any segment.

A resource page will be provided for all attendees.
